Terms of Service

By accessing or using the K2N2 platform (available at k2n2studio.com), including any associated applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and K2N2 Technologies, Inc. (“K2N2,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@k2n2studio.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

K2N2 is an AI tools platform designed to help professionals make data-driven career decisions. The Service includes:

• 8 specialized career tools: Career Navigator, Salary Intelligence, Professional Impact Engine, Interview Arena, Leadership Lab, Resume Intelligence, Career Financial Model, and Conversation Simulator.
• 4 AI coaching agents: Atlas (Career Strategist), Morgan (Financial Advisor), Ryan (Interview Coach), and Maya (Leadership Mentor) — powered by advanced large language models.
• Career analytics and insights generated from your inputs combined with market data and AI analysis.

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We continuously improve and update the platform, and features may be added, modified, or removed. We will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing any core feature.

K2N2 offers the following subscription tiers:

Plan features, pricing, and limits may change. We will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on their account. Current pricing is always available on our Pricing page.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
• Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge for review.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge the payment method on file up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan.
• Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or other taxes associated with your subscription.

Specifically:

• AI outputs are not legal, financial, medical, tax, or licensed professional advice.
• Salary estimates, career projections, and financial models are based on available data and AI analysis — they are approximations, not guarantees.
• Interview feedback and resume analysis are educational tools, not guarantees of employment outcomes.
• You should independently verify important information and consult qualified professionals before making significant career or financial decisions.

K2N2 is not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content. You use AI outputs at your own discretion and risk.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, logos, and all other content created by K2N2 (collectively, “K2N2 Content”), is the intellectual property of K2N2 Technologies, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of K2N2 Content without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use K2N2 branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.

You own your data. Any career information, resume content, goals, notes, and other personal data you provide to the Service (“User Content”) remains your property.

By using the Service, you grant K2N2 a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

• Process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
• Generate AI-powered analyses, recommendations, and coaching outputs based on your inputs.

We will never:

• Sell your personal data to third parties.
• Use your individual career data to train AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.
• Share your identifiable data with other users or companies.

You may export or delete your data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
• Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction from the platform.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software.
• Using the Service to harass, abuse, defame, or impersonate others.
• Circumventing usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially redistributing access to the Service without authorization.
• Using AI outputs to generate spam, misleading content, or fraudulent materials.
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service or overloading our infrastructure.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K2N2 Technologies, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content, career recommendations, or salary estimates.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
• Actions taken by third-party service providers (such as Stripe or cloud hosting).

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to K2N2 in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless K2N2 Technologies, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Any User Content you provide through the Service.

By you: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your access to the Service will end immediately and your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By K2N2: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use policies.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period (12+ months).
• We are required to do so by law or legal process.
• We discontinue the Service (with at least 60 days prior notice to active subscribers).

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with arbitration conducted in the State of Delaware. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.

Nothing in these Terms limits either party's right to seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent harm.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes:

• We will notify you via email and/or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
• The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
• Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may close your account before they take effect.
