K2N2 Technologies, Inc. (“K2N2,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects information to provide and improve the K2N2 AI tools platform. We collect the following categories of information:
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. We do not store your Google password.
Information you actively input into our tools, including resume content, career goals, salary details, work history, skills inventory, interview responses, leadership assessments, and financial planning data.
We automatically collect data about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, session duration, button clicks, tool interactions, and referral sources. This helps us understand how the platform is used and where we can improve.
We may collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and language preferences. This data is used for security, debugging, and ensuring compatibility.
When you interact with our AI coaching agents (Atlas, Morgan, Ryan, Maya) or any AI-powered tool, we collect the prompts you submit and the AI responses generated. See Section 3 for details on how this data is handled.

How we handle your AI conversations
We take special care with the data you share with our AI tools and coaching agents. Here is what you should know.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
While we take extensive measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure. If we become aware of a security breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate the K2N2 platform. Each provider only receives the minimum data necessary to perform their function:
Stripe — Payment Processing
Handles all billing, subscriptions, and payment card processing. K2N2 does not store your credit card numbers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
Supabase — Database
Provides our PostgreSQL database infrastructure. Data is hosted in SOC 2 Type II compliant data centers.
Clerk — Authentication and User Management
Handles all user authentication including secure login (email/password, OAuth, SSO) and session management. Clerk is SOC 2 Type II certified. See Clerk's privacy policy.
Anthropic — AI Processing
Powers our AI coaching agents and career analysis tools. Your prompts and career data are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic does not use API inputs for model training. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
Vercel — Hosting and Infrastructure
Hosts and serves the K2N2 web application. Vercel may process technical data (IP addresses, request headers) to deliver the Service and provide edge computing.
We evaluate all third-party providers for their security practices and data protection standards. We do not share your data with any providers beyond those listed above without your consent, except as required by law.

When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law (such as billing records) or if necessary to resolve disputes. Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
Age Requirement
K2N2 is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@k2n2studio.com.
K2N2 is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
For EEA/UK users, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and/or other appropriate safeguards to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection when transferred outside the EEA.
